DEVELOPING EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM (DEMPS)
What is DEMPS?
Demps is a soft skills training program designed to meet the expectations of the job market of today. We offer this training program 4 times a year, after each ACCA exam attempt (March, June, September, December)
What does DEMPS include?
It is a workshop-based training program covering the following major areas:
- Presentation & Communication skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Professional Grooming
- Job application techniques (Resume, Cover letter)
- How to ace an interview
- Personal Excellence & Conscious living
- QuickBooks (Accounting software),
- ACCA’s Professional Experience Requirement
Total duration of the training program is approximately 60 hours, spread over a time span of 3 weeks. The duration of each workshop ranges from 2 to 4 hours and is normally scheduled in the second half of the day to facilitate students taking classes for any exam or those doing internships or jobs.
We strongly encourage students to take this once during their ACCA journey as these are rated as essential skills by the employers for anyone aspiring to work in the corporate sector.
DEMPS Fee for the June 2023 session is PKR 12,500

Over 16 years of progressive experience across a broad range of corporate, student and teacher training; education management, teaching; marketing and customer services function in education and telecom sectors.
Mr. Bilawal Khan
Sir Bilawal Khan has a versatile and dynamic as a Teacher, Trainer and Consultant. He holds a certification from Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. His case study approach in training related to many types of audience. As a trainer and professional speaker, Bilawal has been characterized as motivational, unique, informative, practical, inspirational and enjoyable.

Mr. Fraaz Atif
Fraaz is a passionate individual, who believes strongly in Human Potential and loves to cultivate positive energy. Having over 8 years of experience as a Human Resource Management Professional, Fraaz enjoys sharing experiences with individuals for mutual learning and growth.
Fraaz is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner certified by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming & a Time Line Therapist making him a certified Life Coach. Having completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the Lahore School of Economics, Fraaz is keen to facilitate talent to achieve their personal and professional milestones.

Mr. Awais Bin Mehtab
Mr. Awais Bin Mehtab is a Wellbeing Coach, Leadership Development Trainer and Workplace Culture Consultant. He is a veteran entrepreneur (Founder, Bin Mehtab Coaching) procuring over 18,000 hours of delivery portfolio in the capacity of a corporate trainer, consultant and a coach. He is also associated with Government of Pakistan as a pre-qualified brand management consultant for employer branding and leadership development trainer for sales force of the SMEs across Pakistan. Since 2009, he has been serving Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) as a Jury and a consultant for young leader’s development programs.
He has also served as adjunct Professor of Marketing & brand management for the last consecutive fourteen years at few of the top university business schools including University of Central Punjab (UCP), Kinnaird Business School Punjab University and NCBAE.
Further, he continues contributing being a master trainer for personal effectiveness and leadership development with law enforcement agencies and public service training institutes.
Computer Literacy
Mr. Tahir Ali
Tahir Ali is a competent and diligent computer science teacher. He did his graduation in Information Technology from Preston University and Master in Information Technology from Virtual University of Pakistan.
He started his carrier in 2005 from SKANS school of Accountancy (CA) as a computer science instructor. During his job he taught Information Technology subject to D Module students. Two of his students got merit certificate in Information Technology. He has been working as a Microsoft office trainer with different organizations since 2010.

Mr. Rana Muhammad Afzal
Mr. Rana Muhammad Afzal is a senior ERP Consultant specializing projects implementation and support management. He is well versed in numerous applications and databases backend including MS-SQL, ORACLE, Sybase & PowerBuilder. He is currently serving as Senior Manager at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates. He has various software certifications including SAP Business One ERP (Certificate) from Ultraline Institute of Technologies, Manama, Bahrain and Diploma in ERP Certification from Delmon Institute of Business & ERP Training Education, Manama, Bahrain.
