Student Campus Activities (SCA)
We at SKANS try to provide each student a well-rounded experience while being on campus. We do understand how our ACCA students are always working on assignment and exam deadlines. However, we want to maintain a balance and try to incorporate activities to keep the campus environment fun and engaging at the same time. Some popular activities include sports, music, and Community Service Opportunities (CSO).
Qawwali Night
We hosted a very successful and fun-filled Qawwali night in November 2022 at Ali Institute of Education Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Ustaad Rafaqat Ali Khan was the performing artist at this mega event. Over 1000 students participated in this event and had a great time in the presence of music, fun and food stalls.
We plan to conduct a musical event on a regular annual basis
Floral Art Day
Art gives us the ability to express ourselves. Through that expression, we communicate by drawing on our own unique emotions, thoughts and experiences. When you see and study another’s art, you’re seeing the world through their eyes. When you create, you’re letting the world see through yours. Based on this thought we arranged an Annual Floral Art Day in February 2023. Great participation by the Foundation Diploma students. Students who won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place were awarded cash prizes. It was a great fresh day at campus.
Movie day
Movie day was planned in March 2023 right after the March exam attempt, to treat our students with something post the exam stress.
We booked Cue Cinemas platinum halls entirely for our students and the tickets were sold at 50% of their actual cost. The Legend of Maula Jutt was streamed after being the clear winner of the online poll on our socials.
To create excitement, the students were given the choice of dressing up according to the movie’s theme. The best dressed student was awarded with cash prize.
Cricket tournament
SKANS Cricket Tournament was a thrilling two-day event, showcasing talent and passion for the sport. The teams displayed exceptional skills, delivering exciting matches that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. The tournament was a resounding success, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating the next edition.
